Shipping destinations:

• We ship to customers within the USA from our fulfillment centers in the USA for fast delivery depending on your location. 

Shipping times:

• Depending on the item, we ship out within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, and orders normally take 2-5 business days to be delivered, depending on where you live. 
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Shipping cost:

• We provide FREE standard shipping when your order total is $75 or more, when you use code: FREE75 during checkout.
• Shipping cost for orders under $75 will depend on the item, and on your chosen delivery speed. Full shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. 

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email or text, providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, contact us and we'll fix it!  Sometimes order confirmation emails may end up in your other email folders.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay & Amazon Pay.  

When you submit your order, your form of payment will be charged in full. This ensures the funds for your order are available while we process your order and prepare it for shipment. If your order is cancelled, the charge will be refunded.

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy on all categories, except for gift baskets and floral bouquets.  

• If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund for the order.
• Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was delivered.
• To be eligible for a return, goods must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• For eligible returns, please email support@willbrite.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
• We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
• When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
• If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
• WillBrite does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days. 

Exchanges

If you need a different color, size or style, we recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) first, and then return the item(s) you have already received due to possible out of stock situations. This will also ensure stock and the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. 

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, there may be instances where we are unable to cancel your order as the package has already been packed and shipped. Packages are usually shipped out within 24 hours upon receiving your order. 

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!

Ordering

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship out your package within 1-2 business days.

Once the order is placed, you will be sent an order confirmation email with a link to your tracking number.
