Returns & Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy on all categories, except for gift baskets and floral bouquets.  

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer a 100% refund for the order.  Please email us a photo of the damage, along with your order number.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return Policy, since the day item was delivered.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be in original packaging and unused.
  • For eligible returns, please email support@willbrite.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage and the tracking number when returning goods to avoid "lost package" situations.
  • When returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.
  • WillBrite does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days. 

Exchanges

If you need a different color, size or style, we recommend that you place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) first, and then return the item(s) you have already received due to possible out of stock situations. This will also ensure stock and the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. 

Cancellation Policy

Please contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, there may be instances where we are unable to cancel your order as the package has already been packed and shipped. Packages are usually shipped out within 24 hours upon receiving your order. 

If your order has been shipped, we ask that you follow our return policy in order to get a full refund once you receive your product!
